To receive the full benefit of your treatment experience, please arrive no more than 5 minutes early. This allows time for you to complete a brief health history and consent form and change into a comfortable wrap. Refusal to fill out a form will result in no appointment. Please make the esthetician aware of any medical conditions or allergies you may have prior to your service.


Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, or cash are all accepted for payment of services. Checks are not an accepted form of payment. Gratuity is not included in the service amount and is happily accepted upon completion of the service.

Appointments will NOT be accepted over the phone, please use online booking tool. We require a valid credit or debit card on file for ALL appointments booked. Your personal information is always kept private. Your credit or debit card will only be charged if you do not cancel within our requested cancellation policy timeframe. Please review cancellation policy below.

Your appointment time is reserved exclusively for you, so please understand that "no shows" and late cancellations are an inconvenience to both our professionals and turned-away clients. When late cancellations and no-shows happen, our professionals miss out on the possibility of filling the appointment time, their expected income for the day is changed, and other clients lose the opportunity to receive services. We do our best to highly value your time and give you the best experience. Our time is also valuable and we do thank you for respecting that.  

late + cancellation policy

If you arrive to your scheduled appointment late, your appointment may be shortened, as a courtesy to the next guest, and you will still be charged your full treatment price. You will be considered a "no show" if you do not show up for your appointment within 15 minutes of your scheduled appointment time and will be subject to a fee. Please review no show policy below.


late policy

If you need to cancel your appointment for any reason (emergency, sickness, schedule change, etc.) we request you let us know 24 hours BEFORE your appointment. If you are unable to keep your appointment, you are able to cancel or reschedule your appointment yourself up to 24 hours before your booked time. Late cancellations (less than 24 hours) will be charged a fee of $30. Multiple offenses will result in needing to pre-pay for any future services. Cancellations on pre-paid sessions will not be credited back to you.

If you do not call or show up for your appointment within 15 minutes of your scheduled appointment time, you will be charged $30 and invoiced for 50% of your treatment cost. If you do not pay the invoice, you will not be able to book any further appointments.

As a courtesy to our clients, our booking system sends out confirmation requests 72 hours prior to the scheduled appointment date. An email reminder is sent our 48 hours prior to the booking date as well as a reminder sent out 24 hours prior via text. Please provide updated information to guarantee retrieval of all reminders and notification. Even if we are unable to contact you or you do not receive a confirmation/reminder text or email, the appointment for your service(s) will remain booked. It is your sole responsibility to remember your appointment time and to adhere to our cancellation policy.

One guest is allowed in the treatment room at a time. Any additional guests will need to wait in the reception area. We ask that no children or minors attend your appointment with you. If a minor is receiving a treatment, the parent/guardian must be present to sign a consent.

For those with prepaid packages, including those that may be using a Groupon voucher:

You are subject to ALL policies listed above. Please list the voucher number in the appointment note upon booking your service. Missed appointments will result in the redemption of that session. Your Groupon will be honored upon you paying a $30 fee. One Groupon voucher allowance per customer. If you have redeemed a voucher within the last 6 months, this means you cannot redeem an additional Groupon voucher for yourself. Gifted vouchers also apply to this policy. Expired Groupon's are accepted, however, you will be charged for the remaining balance of the booked service.
